Meet me
Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, I moved to the United States in 2005. After living in several U.S. cities, I settled in South Florida for its beach resorts and metropolitan energy.
I entered real estate to help buyers make clearer decisions in a market where a building’s rules and operating costs matter as much as its address.
What sets my work apart is a property-management background. I look at every deal through an operating lens: rental restrictions, operating costs, owner-use limits, and resale fit.
